One of my favorite skirts, it is a vibrant, floral skirt, bright colors and a polk-a-dot waist.
A beautiful rose is attached to the skirt, completing the floral pattern.
It is called a balloon skirt because the bottom stays puffed.

Made from 100% cotton, it is beautiful fabric.
I recommend washing is cold water and hang dry to avoid shrinkage and to keep colors vibrant.
